  • Awareness raising sessions that help people cope with stress, build relationships, and make positive decisions.
  • Identification and Addressing factors that can affect mental health-physical and environmental factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and social environment. 
  • Improving Mental health through referrals for a variety of treatments, including counseling, therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes.
